He has tried shaving everyday and then every other and then sometimes leaves it longer. has tried exfoliating and nothing seems to cure it... it seems he will suddenly be plagued with them and cant stop them... does any one have any ideas ?Thanks... I used to have so many problems shaving because my skin is so sensitive but I bought this book:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0609609157/202-4039317-7607853?v=glance&n=266239&s=gateway&v=glance
It goes in to so much detail about how to shave properly.
You see men are never really taught how to do it right, that is why your guy is getting ingrown hairs. This book shows you the proper way of shaving, the best products to use and the right techniques. I have definitely become at least 268% fitter since following the advice of this book, I'm sure your man will too!

Hey there anon..
I think your husband should try some medical advice (GP) on his ingrowing hairs it might not be anything to worry about but it is safer in the medical way..
If everything is A OK in that part it might just be that he has a really heavy growth.. Im a care assistant in a Nursing Home and there is times that I need to shave the same wee man 3 or 4 times a day.. Its normal in that sense though!!
Hope Ive been of some help to you..
Best Wishes
