It's about compromise. Know how much time you've got to work with. I'm not in a long distance relationship, but both of us work a lot. We make a few days a week for each other, whether it's a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days. Figure out a list of possibilities. When the time comes, grab your list, and play it by ear. Do whatever you have time to do. I love it when my girlfriend comes over and we just veg all day... We'll turn off our phones and watch movies and catch up...
