 Why not go for a sexy, freaky zombie ballerina type outfit?
white/black leotard and tutu, opposite colour leg warmers on leg and arms, heavy dark make-up (black smoky eyes and silver glitter lips) with silver accessories for body and hair.
Just make sure you can still dance full out in your outfit and that everything is firmly secured so it won't fly off on stage.
Have a look on google images for freaky costumes, get some inspiration from there :) x
