Broccoli is a good food. It is high in fiber and it is a veggy that you can get full on quick. Drink a lot of water because it will trick your body into thinking that you are fuller than you are. Also make sure to still eat fruit. Fruit makes a natural sugar that isn't bad for you so it will keep your blood sugar levels from dropping to low.

Eat things like porridge and high fibre stuff. It will fill you up and keep you going through the day without you wanting to snack. Oats also absorb fat on their way through your guts so can lower cholesterol.
Good Luck!! xx
