Hello there!

I'm trying to lose weight, and I started to work out on a rowing machine. Do you have any good experience with using rowing machine? Does it have any bad effect on your body, or it's all good? Does it make your legs bigger , or nothing like this? Thanks

hello, I'm a fitness instructor and I'm a big fan of rowing machines, they are good to tone you up. Just make sure you sit up straight on it and so you won't strain your back, eat healthy smaller portions, drink plenty water, start getting out and about go for a walk etc... best of luck
