This only happens when the orgasm is good and its only the inside of my right foot that twitches. Its happened ever since I started experiencing good orgasms but Im worried there could be something wrong with me and I'm too embarressed to go to a doctor! Any info or similar situations will be helpful.

Hey there,
No way! Suorpio's advice is spot-on! My whole body twitches crazily, but my BF thinks its great and unique! Luckily I never have to 'fake' otherwise i'd have to fake my bodily-convulsions too!
Nothing is wrong with you babe, trust me! Keep enjoying them and don't worry yourself about your foot! :o) xxx

This one is pretty benign, so I wouldn't worry too much about it, although you may want to keep that part about 'only when I have a REALLY GOOD orgasm' from your partners, lest it be a blow to their confidence in bed.
