An alternative solution (less time-consuming) to lose weight and the man boobs except for exercise?

dear cupid

i am 16 years of age, i was fat and weighed around 90kg, but i now weigh around 67 kg last time i checked but why is it i have a bop belly and man boobs, will it go away as i grow older or will it just get bigger.

I have done excercise before and can not do it no more as i do not have time to do that due to my studies in college.

Is their an alternative solution to get rid of the bop/fat belly and man boobs?

I highly doubt you have NO time for anything else but your studies. When you hang out with your friends, go to the park and play basketball. Get a Wii and play tennis on it. You might lose some weight w/o exercising, but your lack of muscle that has created the excess, drooping skin you say you have, can only be tightened with exercise.

If you want the advice the health teacher at my middle school gave: Whenever your sitting in class, sit with a flat, straight back. It'll help your abs if you remember to NEVER slouch. (This actually has studies on it that say it works.)
