Am I trying for something that is unachievable?

A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

There is this girl that I like. We have hung out a few times and it has been pretty great. The only thing is that we are pretty different. We are both in college and it just occurred to me that we are rather different.

She takes liberal arts classes and plays soccer. She is really sociable and loves talking to people. She is rather extroverted.

I'm taking classes to be an electrical engineer and physicist. I don't play sports and I'm very introverted. I spend my time reading and playing video games.

In your opinion...am I trying for something that is unachievable. I'd really love to get to know this girl. I have known her for a while and she knows I like her. Perhaps I'm just over analyzing this...

If you like her, and she knows it, then theres only one other thing for you to find out. Whether or not the feeling is mutual or not. The factor of differences has no meaning, opposites can attract in all aspects of life. If you are introverted just be confident in yourself, women love confidence.
