She has to be loyal and honest, good sense of humor and likes to just relax around the house some nights. And i really dont like it when they flirt with other guys.Is this asking too much out of a girl, am i being too picky?

If I look at the list of qualities you want in a girl, I think you're not that picky.
However, I have to say that you can't expect people to be exactly as you wish they were. I beg you to please not take this as personal criticism, but I see you have a checklist you will use to verify whether someone is the One or not. We all make that mistake. There's some sense to it; there are certain qualities you like, and certain flaws you can't tolerate. But, in addition to finding the human being who has the features you want, you also need to worry about how you will love that human being. Love isn't only something you get from others; you give it, too, and that is good for you as a person.
Forgive me if I got you all messed up. If anything, remember this: I don't think this is being too picky.
