 I guess it all depends on your intentions. Are you interested in her just as a sexual object? In that case, the law is clear and yes you are free to attempt to have sex with her no matter what your age difference.
It's wrong, though, and in the end, it won't make you happy. If you want her sexually, why not marry her? Bo Derek the actress/model married John Derek when she was 18 and he was 46. Here's the best part - their marriage lasted, get this, 22 years!
In a country where we can barely get people to marry in the first place, and then when they do, 65% of those fail after just a few years - well, maybe it's time we encouraged the older fellas to start after the younger girls, instead of thinking of them as dirty old men.
