I know it's tough being 19 but this lad can't even buy a lottery ticket or see a 15 cert film with you, let alone take you for a drink.
Your feeling may have come up purely because you spend so much time together as best friends.
Imagine if you were a 19 year old man wanting to kiss and have sex with a 14 year old girl.... the words "sex offenders register" come to mind.
You need to back away and get your feelings under control. Spend some time with other friends your own age.
5 years is not a huge age difference when he is 25 and you are 30. But right now it is.
Take some time away from him and let him be a kid and you be an adult.
