Aww strange question, and an annoying nick-name.
You are no longer a teenager by definition at the age of 20.
However you are not suddenly going to look tons older or just act differently because you are 1 day older.
You are young, of course (I am young-ish by the way he he).
Get a new nick-name or take is as tongue-in-cheek now you are no longer a teenie, especially if they have only just started calling you this.
For example, when I was 17, I was called "Old Fiona" he he.
