You're infatuated, not in love. At your age, your body is naturally emitting hormones - mostly dopamine - that will literally addict you to her presence. This "high" can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on your level of contact and her own cues.
Your body's ability to form this chemical pair-bond is at its strongest at your age. This translates into greater passion for whoever your girl is at the time. Another girl could produce the same infatuation.
To see if you're really in love, you need to maintain your self-control and ride past the "high" until your body is acclimated to the dopamine, then see if you still care so much. When you can still think the world of her even after you see her flaws clearly, and when you can smile at the thought of her without thinking of her constantly, then you might really be in love.

I believe its possible. I know a lot of people might say you're too young, but its possible.
