I know elderly people take naps, but from what my friends tell me, I'm the only teenager they know that take naps still.Note: I do have a full time job, and I work 8 hours a day, only time I take naps are on the weekends or holidays.Am I still considered lazy? No! You are not lazy . It is your body clock . It has been conditioned that way . Naps are good, it recharges your battery. Your body shuts down like clock work for maintenance.

Hi there,
No you are not lazy. You are still growing, are working hard and are tired. I still like to take a nap after lunch for an hour or so if I am not working, it refreshes me. Don't be bothered by what your friends say - just laugh it off. Normally the body itself tells you what it wants to do. The only reason I would stop this is if you find later on that you can't sleep at night and then I would cut it out. Don't worry about what people think, do what fees right for you.
All the best,
