He is good looking, but I have no drive to do anything with him, even kissing. He has always bugged me about me doing that type of stuff with him which gets VERY annoying and old, so I'm wondering if just over the years he's bugged me so much that I have no desire for it. Or if that's not the problem if I truely am no longer attracted that way is there anything I can do to fix it? Or is this a deal breaker for me and him?

I an experiencing same with my gf at the moment. My feeling is you are no longer interested in him romantically. However, you can continue to be just friends if he so wishes. If not, move on!

If you no longer feel attracted to him mabey you should tell him that you are feeling like your spark between you and him has gone, but you would like to stay friends and see how it goes from there.
or you could just ask him for some space to think as he seems to be annoying you.
