I'm really confused about this, I went through his text messages recently an well I saw some messages from her an he still talks to his ex-gf Crystal an he knows how much I dont like her.. We usually tell each other EVERYTHING and lately I've been feeling as though he doesn't feel the same way telling me things or even talking to me.. I'm feeling paranoid, I don't wanna get to thinking that he's cheating but the thought always runs through my mind... Can some good fellow help me out here?

reader, anonymous, writes (17 May 2010): it's whether you class that as cheating,as there are more ways that just physical cheating(kissing,sleeping with) theres also emotional(flirting,texting) which personally i feel is worse,having experienced both:(
this is because you feel as if they're mentally replacing you. im going through this at the minute too.
the best thing is to confront him about it, ask him why what are his intentions of doing this. getting it off your chest will make it easier and go from there...
