I miss going out on those 1st few dates with someone new and getting the butterfly in the stomach feeling. I know that there is also the downside of the "will he wont he" call me and the 1st date jitters but i sometimes wish that i wasnt in a relationship. Why?? Does this mean im not in love? Your friends that go out on first dates are infatuated and excited, which is good and a lot of fun for them.. This is a life stepping stone to eventually finding the real love we all want and need in our lives. The big difference here, is you are well beyond that giddy, jittery, butterflies in the stomach stage, with your guy. You both have established something solid, a lot of trust, a lot of respect, something wonderful, something very meaningful. I would think all your gf's going on their first dates, would envy you! . Because it sounds like you have what they all 'ultimately' want in a relationship. So no, you aren't 'out of love' with your bf. You are just at that great, settled, comfortable phase of your relationship. Enjoy it and have fun with your guy! And keep loving him, in just the best way you can! Good luck. And best wishes for both of you. :)
