Maybe you feel guilty inside for cheating on your wife? Does she know about this?
If she is adamant about never having sex again then perhaps you need to sit down with her and let her know that is not going to work for you, and that while you will not leave her you would like to discreetly have relations with others. Maybe getting some of this out in the open will clear your conscience, and you two can have an honest discussion about whether you should remain married.
