Am I going to get dumped rather than a gift for Christmas?

My bf of almost 11 months moved back with his family after being unemployed as he was giving work with his dad. He now lives 80 miles away and says he won't see me at Christmas as he can't afford the £19 train fare even when I said I come pick him up and drive him home he said no. I really wanted to spend Christmas with him as I have a history of being dumped the week leading up to Christmas so it a upsetting time of year for me and nothing would mean more to me than getting a cuddle off the guy I care about. I would go to his but I get explosive diareah when I stay at his (not sure why) and don't fancy spend christmas sit on the toliet pooing until I pass out and he says if I stay in a hotel and not eating anything at his I will upset his family. I don't know what to do and I fear he planning on leaving me like guts from my past. I really don't wanna be lonely this christmas
