You are 16-17, you are still growing up and maturing,puberty hasn't finished yet; 20 - 23 years old.
You are going through what most boys go through, it is normal to have those thoughts and desires but you will find that as you mature your interests will change.
There is one other possibilty and that is that you were sexually abused as a young child by a male and if this is the case you need to get specialist counselling as soon as possible.
