hey everyone...

i asked a question about my relationship with my ex yesterday...and i got responds but now i have another..

we were suppose to hangout yesterday but i told him i had things to do just for the mere fact that im still vulnerable towards him.well yesterday when i got home he called me twice,at the end of the conversation he talked to me like we used to with our pet names for each other.he told me he'd call me back and he did but i was eating so i told him i'd call him back he didnt sound please to hear that but i did..while we were talking i told him it takes two to make a relationship work.i told him how i was working on my issues and that he needed to work on his.i explained to him what he needed to work on.i asked him if i still needed to make changes about myself and he practically said no but asked if i'd stay changed. his dad called because right now theyre going through the loss of his grandpa.he said he'd callback but didnt.i wasnt shocked just for the fact that i knew what ws going on. now am i doing the right thing of playing his games and letting him chase me? does it sound like he's really noticing the change in me for him?

but what i'd really like to know is what else can i do to make him realize and see that i am going to stay this new person that ive become?

or should i give it a little more time and if nothing changes just tell him that i cant play these games anymore and move on?

It sounds like you are thinking of how you can be for him, but what about how he can be for you? You have to decide whether YOU want HIM.

It's good that you told him to work on his issues, which makes it a bit more equal.

There's a lot going on for him as his grandpa died, so he might feel insecure and be ringing you for assurance.
