But you know him thinking your 'spicy'/sexy also means that he thinks you are cool, independent, sassy, and you really turn him on in alot of different ways. All of these things together make a girl truly sexy. He likes your attitude and he thinks you are hot as hell.

Spicy could refer to the color of your hair, or your temperament, or you could be the spice of life to him, or you could be really hot, or you could be a very flamboyant person.
We don't know your boyfriend or you, so we really couldn't say for sure what he means, but it all sounds good to me...
