Increased testosterone levels in women can make them feel horny all the time. It is often associated with Poly-cystic ovaries (if this is part of the cause you may also have irregular periods, increased facial hair, or dark facial hair that begins to grow). Being on a birth control pill (Yas, Yasmin) that controls testosterone can help decrease your sex drive if that is the culprit. Good luck!!!

Not really. I think you have not found the man who can give you the deep sexual pleasure you are looking for. I think we are all looking for that mind bending sex, that leaves your body begging to stop moment. Where all your muscle hurt, sweat on your body, and completely spent.
If we don't find that release, we just keep going, trying to find it...with someone, or ourselves.

Vaginismus will require professional help to overcome. Perhaps tackling that will address the other worry of the latent nymphomania? As part of the therapy you may discover this is something you need not worry about.
Best wishes in handling this!

Good question. So you've been masturbating faithfully for 20?+ years? Wow.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (15 December 2010): I'm not sure. It could be that you would be considered hypersexual if the need is disrupting your life in any major way, but it could be that you're like a horny teenage boy who just can't wait for the real deal. I'm thinking "foreplay" would go great lengths to satisfy your urges, if not masturbating (as it involves no contact with another's touch, little emotional and no visual satisfaction at all if you stay alone in your imagination, which is a great part of the satisfaction of sex). I am not sure from your post why foreplay has never led to 'completion of the act'.. I would suppose that it should very easily do so... perhaps your problem lies in the reason why it never has...
