Hi, ive never really been great at relationships and all things attached and usually find myself as being a "just a friend" guy but over the past couple of months iv started talkin to this really great girl (shes so great, really cute and would never say a bad thing about anyone which makes this harder)anyway... we see and speak 3 times a week in person and chat abit online, i want to ask her out but she said yesterday that she still likes her ex plus if she says no it might be uncomforable meeting 3 times a week. I dont think i can be just a friend to her, it will drive me crazy =| can anyone give me some advice please?

dude i have the same problem

always a friend, never more.

but the thing is, we always regret things we don't do more than things we do do.

and even if she says no, there is a chance it could make your friendship stronger.

just be sure in yourself. if you don't ask you will always wonder.

Hmm.. I was recently i a similar situation and although he liked ME from the get go, I was still in love with my ex and wasn't seeing my 'friend' in the way he saw ME! The guy = the 'friend' actually had a lot of tryst issues around women and to cut a long story short, by the time feelings had developed and I finally got around to telling him I liked him back, it was WAY too late because he had gone off me!

So, my best advice to you would be to be sure you know EXACTLY where you both stand before you start to reveal feelings as unrequited love is a very, very painful thing to deal with!!
