writes:So i'm 19, and NEVER had a boyfriend. I've only ever kissed 4 guys and thats always been when i'm drunk. I'm getting quite depressed about it really. I have guys who like me alot, but i'm too frigid to do anything about it, i think to myself, right i'm going to get with him... but it never happens. I always chicken out because i'm too shy and now these guys are getting bored. I like one in particular who likes me also but he seems to be moving on now because i'm not showing that i'm that interested in him because i'm too scared too. I think one reason may be because i'm a virgin and noone knows that so i'm scared they'll find out. I just need advice. please help.

I'm 19 and a virgin too, and I used to feel that way because all my friends were having sex, but then I saw how so many of them got hurt because of it. Early pregnancies, STDs, cheating bf/gf...and also some of them were not ready and just gave in because they felt pressured. I just wanted to tell you that there iw absolutely nothing wrong with saving yourself for someone worthy of you. I think you should just come right out and tell the person who wants to know that you ARE a VIRGIN and proud of it!!

I was with him for ages before I let anything happen and the fact he waited for me showed that he loved me. He loved the fact I was a virgin as it showed I respected myself and had more to offer a guy and hadn't been around.
You should not feel any bad feelings for having the sense to wait until your mentally and physically ready.

When the time comes and u met the right guy you can probabbly lose it if you really love him. But one thing too don't lose it in a month or two. Take your time to make sure your ready. And dont let your bf ever preasure you about sex. But stop being scared it's not going to get you no were.

I finally to tell you the truth did not kiss anyone till I was I think about 19 I think it's been so long I can't remember. And at 21 I had met this guy who I had finally met who made me geedy and who I loved with all of my heart and all but we are not together now.

Are you serious! There is absoluetely nothing wrong with being 19, a virgin and only having kissed 4 guys! Nothing whatsoever.You'll meet the right guy who wants to take the time to get to know you, earn your trust and the rest will all fall in to place naturally. The fact you are a virgin, is a huge bonus and shows you're worth a lot. So many girls are too easy, lose their virginity when their drunk to some guy that doesn't care. You're in such a great place right now, you should start seeing it that way.

It seems you are a little immature to have sex if you can't come out and say to your boyfriend that you are a virgin and id like to keep it that way until I'm ready which can be now or years later, if he doesn't like it oh well move on and just enjoy your freedom because once you have sex you will be worried about stds, who your boyfriend is having sex with or if he is cheating, if the sex if good or bad or if a guy just talks to get in your pants. If a guy has no problem zipping down his pants why should you have a problem keeping your pants zipped lol just have your freedom trust me none of the guys are worth it I know cause I lost my virginity at 16
