 In most of the United States, the "age of consent" is 17 or 18 years of age, and anyone having sexual contact with anyone under the age of consent is committing a serious crime, often called something like "indecency with a minor" or worse. Sex between two minors is usually an offense as well, but would usually be dealt with in juvenile courts. It's important to check with state laws (statutes) which are available online.

 It does depend on where you live. I remember hearing a story, I think in Georgia, where a 16 year old boy had sex with a 15 year old girl, who came onto him, went to jail for statitory rape.

It depends on where you are in the world at the time. In many places you will be considered a minor and therefore not legal able to give consent and so even if you say yes it would be statutory rape in the same way that if someone is too drunk or has mental defect cannot be considered able to give consent.It gets into a much more grey area if both you and the other person is unable to give consent as it can be possible for you both to be charged with raping each other but a blind eye is more likely to be turned (not that this means you should do it).

It depends on where you live. It probably is illegal for an adult to have sex with you. Currently the world is rather uptight on the whole subject. So be careful.
