writes: me and my very close friend are both 16. she is just an amazing friend. i fancy her. i'm goin on holiday for 4weeks which is a very long time. the day before i'm takin my friend on the day out out of town shopping as it's christmas. on the way back we are gonna be tired and train journey is over an hour. i really want that last hour to be special. shall i tell her i like her? i think she likes me. shall i hold her hand slowly, kiss her, how? she has a boyfriend, but she's flirts so much with me and cries how much he doesn't care and i do. i've been rated before him. lol i dont wanna ruin the day but any ideas?

 I would first find out why she is in a relationship that she doesn't like?!? That maybe a warning sign of how this girl handles relationships.
You want your friendship to survive above all. Tell her that you really value your friendship with her and ask her if she's interested in dating.
If she does say yes, then I would take her hand and slow kiss it. Look her in the eyes and tell her how you feel and then lean in and kiss her on the cheek. If she wants to kiss you back she will turn her head. But don't do any of that until you know for sure things are over with her current bf.
