Have to agree with the newest answer this happens to me constantly, my fiance and I have sex, then I "feel" like I have to pee, so I do, nothing comes out and I feel like I have to for the next hour. I think it's just a reaction to some people, the muscles don't work as well right away and forcing it is just going to irritate it longer, best suggestion I have is drink a big glass of water right after and wait about 10 minuits, then you should be fine.

Like when you have sex and try to pee afterwards and can't. The muscles or whatever just aren't ready to function. And forcing them to pee only leads to a stinging sensation for quite sometime, usually around an hour or so, and makes feel like you wanna pee every few minutes.
The feeling dissipates in a few hours and won't appear again unless you try and force it after sex again.
This may be true only for guys though.
Get it checked out by a Doctor if it really bothers you though.

Did you get checked for all types of infections? Bladder infections/water infections, yeast infections, sti's and std's?
Maybe your partner is being too rough with you during sex and it's causing some irritation and pain?
Maybe you need to use more lubricant during sex to make it more comfortable during?
Is there any pain while you're having sex or is it only afterwards?
I really think you should just pop along and see your doctor and explain this properly. I'm sure it's causing you quite a bit of worry and pain so it's best not to put up with it.
Good luck.
