We started talking over email about 6 months ago and came to the conclusion there was a mutural sexual attraction. So, to fix this, we messed around one night. Afterwards we carried on our "bickering" at work and soon got really close through the phone and internet after work. We both agreed this was just a casual thing since neither of us want something serious. We talked like everynight though and I thought we had a very solid friendship. Then last week we messed around again. Things got really weird afterwards. The next day at work he barely spoke to me and hasn't called or contacted me since. I am so confused because after the first time we messed around, we still talked non stop and now after the second time he has just stopped talking to me. I understand we aren't dating but I thought we had a really good friendship...... what should I do? Should I talk to him about how much this bothers me or should I just leave it alone????

Well, to be frank, this sort of stuff generally messes up a friendship. No matter how strong or solid you thought the friendship was, if you mess around with them, there's not really any going back to how things were. My advice is to talk to him about it, and if you can reconcile your friendship, NEVER do it again.
