You will lose the weight if you continue to do what your are doing. Remember it takes 9 months to pile it on so at least give yourself that amount of time to peel it off. Hang in there you'll make it!

One of the first things you should do is visit your doctor. They can check everything is normal and in order and advise you on the best course of action. It could be that you need to change something about the diet or the exercise!
Either way, keep working at it and you will get there.
One thing my friend found very useful was to go out and buy 2 nice outfits. One for going out in and one for daily wear. These will ensure you feel your best at your current weight. But you must keep reminding yourself that they are temporary clothes and the next ones you buy to feel your best in should be however many sizes smaller that you want your goal weight to be.
Just promise me you won't go on a fad diet, diet pills or supplements. Eat healthily, avoid the fat,/sugar/high salt and exercise whenever possible.
