Just an English phrase....This guy is playing with you but at 16 years of age, what do you expect....fellas that age want to play the field,they are immature,its to be expected...i know you are keen on him but my bet would be to go out with different people and have fun...dont keep relying on him to see you...play it cool and dont run after him, lets see what he does...........
