During sex quite alot of air gets in, causing embarassment. I've been doing pelvic floor excersises for a while from what my mother taught me, but I looked on the internet for what excersises you should be doing I found it extremely difficult doing them, I couldn't hold it. It was very frustrating and I ended up crying.Lately I havn't been able to hold my urine as well but I'm young and havn't had children so there shouldn't be a problem I don't want to go to the doctor incase they think I'm silly.Any advice? Thanks

I understand your concerns about having sex young, I'm turning 16 in a few days and I am in a loving comitted relationship with a man I have been with for a long time and trust completely; although we are holding off sex for a while for a few reasons. Thank you for all your advice I will go to the doctor soon, I am most worried about not being able to hold my urine it is becoming increasingly more noticable. Does this sound like just weak pelvic floor muscles?
Again, thank you for your help.

Most young people have an annual physical to make sure that you are on course with growing and whatnot. You should bring up your concerns during one of these sessions. I don't hold back with the doc personally and even if it embarrasses me I ask because I'd rather know then not know the answer.

Just go to the doctors hun. It may be embarrassing at first, but the doc will have seen thousands like you. You may just have to do some exercises to help bladder control.
I suspect there is nothing wrong with your vagina, they come in all shapes and sizes. As for the air getting in it may be the positions you are having sex in. Air getting in the vagina and making a noise during sex is nothing to get embarrassed about it happens to everyone and if your bf doesn't know this tell him.. x

Go to the doctor hun. You're not being silly. Nothing should be too small for the doctor and they will have heard and seen it all before, so don't worry. You deserve to have your mind put to rest and be given treatment to help you. I'm not a doctor so I cant say whether and what is wrong with you. But I know that being unable to hold your urine is not normal for a girl of your age. The sooner you get it seen to the better hun, I know it's scary! But try not to worry.
Good luck!

Its not a big deal,i'm not a doctor but one thing i can say you're still growing and you are in puberty age,so there's no way to think much about it and one thing more you shouldn't have much sex at this age,its not gonna help you at all you'll have lots of problem afterwards your breast will be loosen up making you unattractive and also it will affect your vagina so it will be better that you wait upto 18.
