 You most likely didn't get her pregnant but you should try to be more careful in the future. And as for symptoms of pregnancy, they are different for each woman. And you usually don't get too many symptoms within the first month. Just try to relax, I know it's easier said than done, and just wait and see if she gets her period. If everything is fine and dandy, this is your chance to learn from a very common mistake and be more conscious of what you are doing in the heat of the moment.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 June 2011): It's unlikely that a drip of pre-cum on your finger would impregnate your girlfriend. Part of ejaculation is the "shooting out" of semen, which provides enough force to reach the woman's eggs. It's unlikely that the drip had enough force behind it to even reach an egg. If her underwear was on and she didn't get any semen on her vaginal area, it's basically impossible for that to cause pregnancy, either.
Pregnancy symptoms vary among women. The first clue is a missed period. Sometimes there's some breast tenderness, nausea and increased sensitivity to smells. However, those last three symptoms are also signs of starting a period soon (at least for me). Plus, stressing out, like over whether she's pregnant, can make her late, too. You wouldn't know if she was pregnant until she's missed her period.
Give it some time. Then, if she still hasn't gotten her period at the normal time, she should take a pregnancy test.
She should also consider starting a birth control method if you're going to be partaking in these activities.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 June 2011): I would not worry. It sounds EXTREMELY unlikely your girlfriend could get pregnant from what you are describing. As long as your penis was not inserted inside of her when you ejaculated.
