i have lost weight 2 years ago went from 90kg to 50kg, with this i have loose skin which i tried everything to get rid of but can not, cardio, sit-ups etc. along with this my lower left part of my stomach seems to be bloated than my right, i would like to know how to get rid of the loose skin without surgery as i can not afford it, would it be possible to get it on the NHS to be removed and also what might the bloated lower left suggest, asked the doctor and said there was nothing to worry about. i am paranoid as to i dont want girls laughing at my loose skin. when i asked my parants about the bloatness they said they cant see anything. i am 17 years old btw.

Hi, I am sorry I have no idea what the bloated part on your left side may be. However it is possible to have the extra skin removed on the NHS providing that it is cuasing you some "mental" problems...in other words, if it is making you depressed and is affecting your everyday life and will prevent you from leading a noremal life then they will do it.

I suggest yu speak to your doctor and tell him how much upset this is causing you and say you would like to be referred to have it removed.

As a last resort when you are 18 you could apply for finance to have it done.
