How about you tense these muscles up when you're driving, every time you come up to a set of traffic lights? Or any other time of day for that matter. When you're having a pee instead of one long stream, how about doing it in ten short bursts?
Do they work? Oh yes. When you're having sex is probably the best time to do them as far as the man is concerned! You'll drive him up the wall.
