It is impossible to be addicted to the toy but not impossible to be addicted to the feeling. This is the same case with many sex addicts. An orgasim releases dopamine which is the "reward" system for the brain and many people are addicted to this. It's kind of like marijuana, you can't be addicted to it but you can be addicted to it's affects.

There are people who have addictions to sex and let it consume their lives.Really the chances are slim but there is always a chance, just find a balance if you feel your becoming addicted.

 Only to the extent that you can get addicted to masturbation. It happens, but getting a vibrator won't cause the addiction. Porn, that's addictive stuff. Vibrators? Not so much. Just don't go TOO crazy with it. You'll be fine. Have fun.
