reader, anonymous, writes (9 April 2008): I think you should go to the doctor. Its probably nothing but its better to get this checked out sooner rather than later.
I agree with the other posters that are saying it could only be your body adjusting to this diet or else its a way of telling you that its not suitable as well...

hey hun, this could be a sign of your body adjusting to the new diet, but just to be on the safe side i would go and see your GP. if you have started eating alot of new foods, your body could be reacting to them. this could be a sign of IBS or anything, but to be honest, your not going to get any reassurance here, so i would defo go to the doc - it cant hurt right?
