The texts were really informal, call me by my short name and had lots of x's in them. She even sent a text (the last one) consisting just of x's in them.She's been working with me a little more of late, staying behind late at the office to help me out. She likes to leave silly drawings on my desk, and has even drawn on my hands and arms at times. She can be quite touchy-feely and likes to hug me or pretend shove me. We have very similar humor and laugh a lot when we're together. She remembers jokes I made weeks before and stories I've told her but totally forgotten myself. She just puts me in a good mood.She has a bf, and so I would not make a move on her. When she does talk about him, it's quite negative and critical of him too.Any help is welcomed.Thanks.

 sounds like she's got it BAD. what is your problem exactly though? do you like her? and is so does she know? she is not happy with the boyfriend by the sounds of things, or maybe she is just incredibly two faced and she may be just as flirty and sweet with him. i would definitely wait for them to split up before you do anything, you do not want to be her bit on the side do you? does she flirt with all the guys at work or just you? i am a believer in if someone is not happy with their partner to the extent of bitching about them in work etc, then they should just do the right thing and break up with them, but it seems as if this girl might be looking to line someone up first and i don't condone that. one day you could be the boyfriend she falls out of love with and plays around behind YOUR back, so just be careful x
