 lying on your sides facing the same way, its easier and you are free to move away when it gets too much, but at the end of the day if it hurts too much just dont do it!
its supposed to besomething you both enjoy, i would never do it despite a few beggings, but i will "talk dirty " about it this seems to satisfy,...maybe something you could try instead
