I thought the same thing. My boyfriend needs a boost right now and he is amazing person. I think every man needs a boost and so do women but I think that women get boost so much more than men. We forget how important they are in our lives. Thanks for the boost.

If that's how you feel, then say it! He'd have to be nuts not to appreciate a compliment like that.

Obviouisly, I have no idea what your b/f is like, but generally speaking I don't think men are as put off by demonstrations of emotion such as "being inspired" as women are. In fact, it can be an ego boost.
