One of my best friends is asexual, as she is revolted by anything to do with sex. She still wants love and companionship..but...Yeah, I think you get the point.
Ironically, the girl I'm talking about is also bisexual, and a polygamist...Because even though she hates sex, she is still attracted to people, and she feels that she wouldn't want to deprive a loved one OF sex, so it would be alright for them to have more than her....

Are you able to tell us a little bit more about what happened to you?
If not then I think a therapist would be a good idea Sweetie so you can talk through and deal with whatever it was that happened and move on.
Im happy to hear you say that you're doing better as time goes by but there's obviously still some issues lingering that a therapist could help you overcome.
