Basically, your metabolism is going to slow down, and you’re going to find weight loss more and more difficult. It will happen, but over time you’re going cause problems.
Loosing weight is simple – eat a healthy diet, and avoid all of the problem foods. Small portions of protein and plenty of vegetables works great. No sugar in any form (including starches such as flour, grains, rice, breads) and all sugars or things that metabolize into sugars (breads, potatoes) and don’t forget alcohol (more sugar). Get of all the fried & processed food and see what happens! You can relearn to eat, and enjoy many years of being in a body that you were meant to be in!
I’m not into fad diets (not even sugar busters) but a simple plan of eating with a little exercise is a great thing. If you’re eating to change the way you feel, and exercising to deal with the eating, you need to look at that… that’s very unhealthy!
Good Luck!

forgive me if im wrong but i learn some of this stuff from my mom.
example: if u add up all the things u eat in a day and then u burn it off and then some, THEN ull lose weight but generally u already have calories in your body so basically ur juss taking AWAY calories but theres always some there. depending on the amount u burn off ull lose weight juss make sure u keep track of the things u eat and if u burn off the amount u took in and some...then ull start losing the weight
hope that helped lol

Nutritionists will tell you that losing a max of 3-4 pounds a week is healthy. Anymore than 3-4 pounds you are very likely to crash at one point or another and such a diet is too shocking to your body.
If you really want to shed pounds fast make a rule of having about 1.000 calories a day and burning a max of 500 calories. Your fitness MUST be proportionate to your nutrition!!!! And, don't eat late at night!
There are many diets out there but most of it depends on your discipline and common sense. Don't fast for a week, then have a binge and think that it healthy. Eat meals throughout the day, eating lots of fruits and vegetables and lean protein. CONTROL portions! Here is a guide: Make a fist, the size of your fist is the size of protein you should have. You can have equal complex carbohydrates to protein and then have as many vegetables as you want. So an example: Salmon (the size of your fist) with a baked potato (size of your fist) with green beans.
Good luck!
