To get a guy to kiss you, first you should get to know him. Establish a relationship. Do you have any friends? If you don't, perhaps it is time to figure out how to make some.
2)how is done?like what do you do?
There's a kiss in almost every film, so watch closely. Generally, each person tips his or her head slightly to one side (both to the right, for example). Get closer and finally press your lips together. Keep some muscle tension, you don't want to go totally limp-lipped because that will be like kissing a piece of liver.
If you've never kissed before, it's probably better just to start with the simple one, two lips pressed against two lips. You can practice on the back of your hand. Try not to smooch so loudly you make great big smacking noises. A gentle *kiss* sound is fine.
Then, after you've had a few simple kisses, then you can move into more intimate kissing with open mouths and some exploration with the tongue. That's generally a good idea to do with some finesse, don't just plunge the tongue into the other's mouth like a plug. Think more about teasing the other's teeth and tongue with the tip of yours. Gentle gentle to start.
Remember to breathe through your nose. You can practice on your hand to get the technique down.
3)how does kiss feel.
If you like the person, it can be exhilarating. Your heart beats faster and it feels very intimate. It feels like you are exploring another person's mouth with your own lips and tongue, so you'll encounter skin and the mucosal membranes of the inside of the mouth, and of course the teeth. You must have good oral hygiene, brush your teeth, floss your teeth. My dentist recommends scraping the tongue too. There are mouthwashes as well. You can't let your teeth go and then expect to have lovely breath. You have to work on that in advance.

 to your first question ... if you and your boyfriend just kinda catch each others eyes and if you just get the feeling like its a kissing moment he is most definitive got the same idea .. when your going home a goodbye kiss give him a hug and just look at him and smile .. perfect timing for a kiss :)
number 2 ...if your using tongues just follow what hes doing or move it round your way hes sure to follow then oh and remember don't use too much tongue someone can choke ha

 A kiss is a very special thing between a man and a woman its very sensual it kind of feels like butterflies in your stomach I mean you've felt that before right if not then you've never really felt love and when you do and you will because there is someone out there for everyone you'll know it.
