I am a 25yr old male who lives in louisiana and I'm about to have my first child but my partner is 16. Her parents weren't to happy at first but soon came around to the idea of us raising the child together, in fact I have even been living with them and helping her through the pregnancy. I wanted to know that even though her parents are ok with our age difference can I still be in legal trouble? Will I be allowed in the delivery room? Can I sign the birth certificate?

You have to get free legal advice regarding your states laws. I know some states in America statutory rape is mandatory and doesn't need a complaint from the parents. Others do require a complaint from the parents.

I have read stories of guys being led out of the delivery room in cuffs because in states where it is mandatory the hospital staff have to report you.

Go find out what the story is.

yes, you should marry her... and there wouldnt be any problems otherwise its not ok...

i am happy that your gf's parents are ok with that... you can also sign the birth certificate and because you are a father.. but try to keep with your gf at this very crucial moment which is the most important thing.. afterall its the most important time in a woman's life...
