Her parents weren't to happy at first but soon came around to the idea of us raising the child together, in fact I have even been living with them and helping her through the pregnancy. I wanted to know that even though her parents are ok with our age difference can I still be in legal trouble? Will I be allowed in the delivery room? Can I sign the birth certificate? I have read stories of guys being led out of the delivery room in cuffs because in states where it is mandatory the hospital staff have to report you.
Go find out what the story is.

i am happy that your gf's parents are ok with that... you can also sign the birth certificate and because you are a father.. but try to keep with your gf at this very crucial moment which is the most important thing.. afterall its the most important time in a woman's life...
