I haven't had those for about a year and a half now, but what I've started getting more and more are large, shiny, headless, fluid filled bumps that swell, ooze white liquid, then recede leaving a giant red scar-ish thing behind that fades within about 2 weeks. This isn't catestrophic, in fact I only ever have one or so at once and It isn't really a total appearance killer but I can't seem to figure out what triggers them, how to get rid of them, or how to make the scars go away. They can't be popped and Bezenoyl peroxide cream has no real effect on them. I almost always get them in the exact same spot on each of my temples or on the base of my chin. Could you also tell me how to treat the scars they leave behind? I use neosporin but I can't raelly tell if it does anything in the way of fading the scars.

This is a question for a dermatologist, though vitamin E works great on scarring. My friend had a giant gash on her face that the doctor told her to rub vitamin e on. She just bought the capsules, broke them open and rubbed them into her skin.
The best way to prevent scarring though is to prevent acne. Wash your face in the morning and evening and moisturize (if you don't moisturize your skin will go over the top doing it for you). If a particular regimen isn't working after a week or two, switch to something else.
