i've heard, i live in florida, that once you have a baby you are an emancipated minor......meaning, that you can get an apartment or a job that would usually be reserved for someone who is over 18.......but, your mom will have no responsibility for the baby, so if you want to keep it, and she says she doesn't want you to, she has the right to say that you have to leave her house, which sucks.......i live in a hick town, and half of the people here are minors with babies, and the majority of them have been kicked out of their house by their parents, who don't want the responsibility...........good luck.........H

whatever decision you make i hope your parents are supportive legally it's your decision.
you should be entitled to benefits so i would follow that up, any extra help you can get really.
if you to put your child into social services remember:
adoption: adoptors are legal parents regardless of your say. (permanent)
fostering: adoptors keep your baby until you go back for it.(temporary)
