I think maybe you should see a specialist who deals with gender issues. A psychologist. These doctors really help people with gender issues. They allow you to express yourself and in turn give you advice on how you should go about being a girl. Also there may be helpful websites in which people share stories and experiences. But just make sure it's a legitimate website and not one full of sickos. Good Luck!

If you are sure that you want to be female do what is best for you if you want to wear womens cloths ect, then wear womens cloths! be open with how you feel with the people you can trust and share this secret with! DNT BE AFFRAID of what other people think of you but be prepared for peoples opinions and critisisms it will happen!! Remember you are your own person and you should do what makes you fell happy and is best for you !
P.S Good Luck for the future ! xxx
