 As far as who should make the first move, I don't think you're going to have any real problem with that. I predict he'll be taking THAT problem away from you real soon. I've never yet heard of a 17 year old guy who could resist kissing a willing 15 year old girl he was dating.Just hang on. And check out those "how-to's". It's not difficult. You'll catch on really fast.

First of all you need to calm down and take a breather. . . Kissing is one of the most natural things ever but your not making it easy on yourself by getting worked up. We see kisses everyday, on the street, on the tv, in the movies need i say more?? When your with the person your sure your gonna kiss just relax and enjoy it, dont feel disappointed if it isn't all you hoped it would be. My first kiss was a disaster and thank god it never happened again but for some people it can be the best experience ever. Just remember your only human and we learn from our mistakes but the best part is practice makes perfect!!!

And for some reason just comes to us...just kinda clicks in.
For one, watch loads of movies. Also check out this:

Look up other stuff on the web, check out wikiHow. Just search the internet for tips.
The first kiss doesn't necessarily mean tongues, which opens up a whole new door, and probably what your worried about. If it isn't, then its easy. Just turn your head the other side from your partner, then kiss. Thats it. I tend to do two of these one after the other then go into the make out process, but I can't really describe that well.
