i had exactly the same problem and im 20, all it was after getting examined by a doctor, was really bad thrush...just to be on the safe side get it checked out by a doctor if not tell your mum and get some over the counter medicine for it, and hopefully it'll go away in a couple of days.

you could have thrush a common yeast infection which can cause swelling, itching, and a white discharge, you dont have to have sex to get this and you can buy things to treat this over the counter at a pharmacy

xx-lilmiss-xx agony auntHi, Well have you been masturbating? This could possibly be the cause. Maybe even a water infection. Are you drinking enough? You must tell your mum (maybe not your dad just yet, I know it's embarrassing) then go to see a doctor. Everything will be okay, trust me. Hope all goes well, don't forget to talk to your mum.

tell a sensible adult (preferably mum) and go to the doctors as soon as possible - its probably nothing more than a minor infection that is easily cleared with antibiotics.

- that part of the body is loved by infections its so yummy and warm. so probably just that...

jessica04 agony auntIt sounds like a really bad yeast infection, or other type of infection.

Do not wait to tell you mom in 3 days. Tell her as soon as you read this so she can get you in to see the doctor first thing in the morning. You need to be put on a course of treatment, which can take as little as a few days to work.

So basically, in 3 days you can be pain/itch free, or you could be even worse off for not getting treated right away. Don't be embarrassed, your mom is the best person to tell.
