A few hours later I eat one cup of fat free yogurt with berries and flax seeds. For lunch I have mixed greens with tuna. I use a little bit of olive oil and vinegar as dressing. A few hours later I have a big serving of sauteed vegetables with garlic (I usually use swiss chard, spinach, anything green). For dinner, I eat 3 oz. of chicken or fish with sauteed tomatoes and onions. Maybe throw a potato in there. If I am still hungry before bed, I have chocolate soy milk.
And I drink only water.
And I don't drink any soda and I don't eat any junk food, chips, chocolate, ice cream or fried foods.
For exercise, do lunges and squats (all the way to the floor) for your legs. Do crunches, bicycles, and leg ups, for your abs. Push ups and curls for your arms. And do some jogging on the treadmill at least 3 times a week.

Like smoking, you need to replace the addiction (I can't remember the nerdy word =P) with something else. So with cigarettes it would be nicotine patches, for example.
I think you need to look up some diets and see which one suits you. Go for a run every morning. Start off with a mile, then slowly work your way up. If you can't be bothered to get up in the morning - like me - then do it in the evening, or use your tread mill obviously.
Invest in some other equipment eventually, but start off small and work your way up. After the first week you'll feel a sense of relief.
I'll keep an eye on this one and hope other Aunts (and Uncles) see this and try and help you. If not I'll message a few to see if they can help =P
Good Luck

You are not a "beast". Not at that weight and thats the honest truth. You are within the "normal" range for a girl of your age and height so don't sweat it yeah? :)
Getting fitter is easy though. Treadmill's are great for losing weight (if not extremely boring) and personally I would a thousand times over prefer to actually be running SOMEWHERE rather than staring at a screen. Having a treadmill for some people is a huge bonus though as for some reason they hate to be seen all sweaty, a problem alot of girls seem to encouter for whatever reason I will never know. (We all sweat y'know!)
Start easy on your treadmill and aim to start small, doing maybe just 15 minutes consistant running a few times a week with a few days rest inbetween to give your muscles chance to recover from the workout. Depending on your current fitness you can work this up SLOWLY to run further and more frequently.
Endurance running is great for burning fat and looking leaner and will give you a most attractive physique! Just make sure you get all the proper equipment before you go, a decent pair of trainers (asics are best), shorts, a sports shirt that wont rub and a sports bra if youre a girl and you're good to go!
If you dont fancy running mind, I highly recommend swimming!
Best of luck! :)

135 is not heavy!
its probably muscle..do you play sports?
well if your heart is set on losing weight, might I suggest crunches, inner thigh spreads, leg lifts, and running. I strugled with weight at one point too. I lost about 40lbs from doing these things. They work trust me. If you have a tread mil walk or run a mile each day then build your stamina and endurance and go for two. Dont let your "skinny" friends make you wanna change who you are to be like them. You are your own person. But like I said work out for about an hour a day then try to go longer after you get used to this change. It will take time and a whole lotta effort. I wish you the best luck, you will lose weight by doing these things, but you need food to tone and lose weight. If you dont eat your body will go into a phase called "storage" what it is, it takes anything you eat an automatically puts it away in your body as fat and not energy for bunning. I had an eating disorder so I know what this is like. Keep eating, stay active and excersice...If you have any questions or need anything feel free to private mail me
good luck && take care=]]
